Ricki Harrison
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Taking the first step to beginning therapy can be intimidating and challenging. I understand this and want to make therapy as safe, comfortable and welcoming as possible for you. I believe in meeting my clients where they are and using their strengths to assist them in achieving their goals. I work with my clients to help them overcome hardships relating to depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, life transitions and addictions.
I utilize cognitive-behavioural therapy paired with strength-based therapy to assist my clients in identifying and using their strengths and resilience to achieve their goals, challenge difficult thoughts and emotions, build self-compassion and foster personal growth in all areas of their life. I emphasize using an integrative person-centered approach, as I believe all my clients are unique and one approach to therapy does not fit for all. Working collaboratively with open communication about what strategies and methods work for you is of utmost importance to me. I believe that my clients are experts on themselves and hold the answers they are seeking, and together we will discover them.
I would be honoured to be a part of your personal growth journey and assist you in self-discovery and reaching your therapy goals. I look forward to creating a safe, authentic and compassionate space where we can work together on overcoming life’s challenges.

I offer psychotherapy and virtual services.
