Stephanie Fuller Psychotherapy and Counselling offers mental health support for individuals and partners in Ontario using tele-health to deliver care to you in your safest place by a team of dedicated therapists.
Stuck on challenging emotions, thoughts, or behaviours? Maybe you find yourself feeling stuck with a relationship you are in, a situation, or on something that happened. You feel like you are not living the life you imagined, you are meant to, or want to; that something needs to change but you do not know what.
What you do know is that doing this on your own, if it is getting unstuck, has not been working, so you have found yourself here. We acknowledge how hard it must be for you and admire you visiting. We hope you stay awhile.
Land Acknowledgement
We acknowledge that while we are meeting virtually with you, we are all situated on land that has been inhabited by Indigenous peoples since time immemorial. We recognize that Ontario is the traditional territory of many nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinabeg, Wendat, the Haudenosaunee, among others, and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples. As we connect virtually, I invite each of us to take a moment to reflect on the land you are situated on, and to learn about the Indigenous Peoples who have cared for it. This acknowledgement is only one step in honouring the truths and enduring presence of Indigenous Peoples across Turtle Island, and in committing to reconciliation in action.
