What is Road Rage?

Situational factors contributing to road rage:
Being cut off, running late, slow drivers, heavy traffic, needing a washroom
Mental health challenges contributing to road rage:
Anxiety, stress, having a short temper, being competitive, and depressive disorders
Common signs of road rage:
Excessive honking, offensive hand gestures, tailgating, intentionally cutting other vehicles off, yelling, driving recklessly
Warning signs of experiencing road rage:
Feeling frustrated, feeling angry, feeling overwhelmed, feeling irritable, increased heart rate, tightening grip on steering wheel, shifting in your seat, feeling warm, tension in your body
