This is a non-exhaustive list of community supports.

These community supports can be helpful:

-in between scheduled sessions 

-if your therapist is unavailable 

-or if you require more urgent but NOT emergency level support

Please note Stephanie Fuller Psychotherapy and Counselling does not provide urgent or crisis services. If you require urgent mental health support please use a crisis service, there are examples listed below. If this is a mental health emergency please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department.

Culturally grounded crisis line for Indigenous women 1.888.200.9997 

A helpline promoting culturally appropriate support for Black Youth and their families. Available daily 9am-10pm 1-833-294-8650/ info@blackyouth.ca 

A peer support service run by trans people, for trans and questioning callers. If you are in crisis or just need someone to talk to, this hotline is available to support you and provide further resources. 1.877.330.6366 

Crisis and mental health helpline and online chat for Indigenous Peoples across Canada. Available 24/7 Call 1-855-242-3310 or Chat online
