Chana Levi, MSW
Registered Social Worker
You’ve spent a long time trying to meet expectations - maybe within yourself, your family, culture, or faith community, and now you’re wondering what you actually want. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in roles that no longer fit. Maybe you’re turning to distractions or substances just to get through the day.
Whatever brought you here, you’re ready for change. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, identity confusion, and relationship challenges. I also support people from religious communities and individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
My approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and client-centered. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and strength-based therapy to support meaningful, sustainable growth, always at a pace that feels safe for you.
In our work together, we’ll slow down and get curious about the patterns that are keeping you stuck. We'll honor the complexity of your story, while gently creating space for growth, clarity, and self-trust. I know finding a therapist can feel overwhelming. If this resonates with you, please reach out.
