Elaina Alicandi MSW
Registered Social Worker
Getting here took courage. Perhaps you’ve been feeling low or anxious for a long time, or a recent change is proving harder than you imagined. Perhaps a relationship has reached a breaking point or you’re tired of repeating old patterns. Perhaps you don’t know exactly why you are reaching out and just know that something…something needs to shift. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to meet you where you’re at.

My name is Elaina and I’m a registered social worker. I work with individuals (14+) and families to support meaningful change. My experience includes working with depression, anxiety, trauma, occupational stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and grief.

I use a strengths-based, integrated approach matched to your needs, preferences and goals. Modalities include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal and Somatic Therapies, and Narrative Therapy.
I would love to connect and hear about what’s going on for you. A free consultation is a great opportunity to explore whether we’re a good fit to work together toward new growth.
