I am thrilled you reached this page. If you are a professional in an organization, agency, or institution that is concerned or want to be preventative about mental health within your workplace or the population your workplace services, you are in the right place. 

I have completed presentations and workshops for employees and folks in the community on mental health. 

Topics and themes have included understanding mental health, mental health in the workplace, self-care and work, and caregiver stress and support. 

I am passionate about mental health awareness and education.
